Shipping Transit Times | Shipping Rates
1. Incorrect Shipping Address Provided - You will be charged a $5.00 Address Correction Fee. This is not us trying to make money, we are just trying to recover part of the $10 fee charged to us by UPS.
2. Shipments to CANADA - You will be charged TAXES, BROKERAGE FEES, AND TARIFFS. The exact amount cannot be determined until the product actually hits the border and is brokered by UPS. The Tariffs, and Brokerage Fees can and sometimes will exceed the cost of product. Be aware that if the product is returned you will no receive any of these fees refunded. The type of product, the materials, and the country of Origin will determine the fees. We cannot determine any of the fees, it is entirely up to the Canadian Government and UPS.
3. Incorrect Shipping Method Selected - Rarely, but sometimes you will be able to select a shipping method that normally would not be available to you depending on where you live. That is, you pick UPS Ground but you live in Hawaii. We all know you cannot drive to Hawaii, so air is the only option. Normally you would not even be shown the available option of UPS ground, but sometimes there are new addresses and zip codes that are not yet recognized by our address system and you will be able to select an incorrect shipping option. If this happens we will select the correct method and you will be billed the difference in cost. We will never just upgrade your shipping to a more expensive option without it being necessary to actually ship the package.
4. When will my order be shipped? - Business days are Monday - Friday. Orders received before 3 pm EST Mon - Fri will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 2 pm EST Mon - Thur will be shipped
the next business day. Orders received after 2 pm EST on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
will be shipped on Monday (regardless of shipping option selected).
