At Empiresk8.com we understand that sometimes you may order a product that just does not fit right or you simply do not want. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you received, please return it for an exchange or full refund (less shipping & handling) within 45 days of the purchase date.

Returned goods must be unused, in new condition, clothing must be unwashed and not worn, shoes must be unlaced in the original box with all packaging (laces, tags, paper) and placed in a corrugated shipping box and videos un-open. Decks that have griptape applied and assembled complete skateboards cannot be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Broken boards cannot be returned.

If returned shoes have been worn around the house excessively that there is creasing in the toe area or sock fuzz, pet hair, or dirt on the soles they will be returned back to you and a credit will not be issued.

Once we receive your merchandise we will begin to process the return the next business day. If everything is ok, we will issue a credit to the original payment method . Please allow 3 - 5 business days after we processed your return for the credit to appear on your credit card.
